DONATE MONEY

Matthew Carlson, January 10 2022

Veteran brotherhood. Car donation #325.

This nice Ford Ranger went to a Military Veteran who is working with the Fargo Veterans Administration Medical Center. He has been struggling with medical issues and most recently has been rehabilitating from a surgery that was performed over the summer.

He currently lives alone with his dog in a rural house outside of the FM area. His vehicle is no longer running due to an engine failure. He doesn't have the income to replace it and is really out of options.

He is a disabled Veteran with very minimal income. Also, living rural, public transportation is not available. He needs a reliable vehicle to transport himself to and from his medical appointments, daily errands and back to his home in the country.

Upon hearing this gentleman's story, Fix It Forward Auto Care - Moorhead Technician and Ministry Volunteer Isaac, himself an Army Veteran, offered to make the repairs to this truck himself after hours and on his own personal time. An incredible gesture and a beautiful example of the bond these Veterans have with each other. THANK YOU Isaac!

As well, many thanks to the family that donated their truck so that this Veteran can keep moving forward in his life.

God's blessings to everyone.

Fix It Forward Ministry. Driven To Serve.
