Due to overwhelming need in our community, we are unable to take direct requests for people needing repairs or cars. All of the car repairs we do, and donations we give, are done based on referral from assistance organizations in our community. We currently work with over 30 different organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead area, including the YWCA, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, Churches United for the Homeless, New Life Center, SENDCAA, Lakes and Prairies, CCRI, Salvation Army, F5 Project, Jail Chaplains, Voices for Captives, Redemption Road Ministries, Perry Center, Jerimiah Program,and many more.

Since we are a small, all volunteer run organization, we don’t have case managers who are able to meet with you to assess needs, work through options, and assist with other needs. Our partnerships with assistance organizations in our community, allows us to plug in to existing case managers who are able to meet with you to assess needs, work through options, and assist with the your situation holistically. This partnership not only lowers our overhead so we can focus on fixing cars, but it ensures that those who are receiving help from us are getting help in other areas of their lives as well.

For those not currently working with one of our partnering agencies, we suggest starting with FirstLink. FirstLink’s mission is to assist people in identifying, accessing, and making effective use of community and volunteer resources. FirstLink’s vision is to be the first link in linking people and resources 24 hours a day.
