Car donation #307.

Car #307 has found its new owner. This vehicle went to a lady working with CAPLP - Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership. She went to them for assistance as she and her children have recently moved to the area to start a new life and explore better opportunities. 

They spent a few months in a homeless shelter, when during this time, her youngest child was born. The family has since obtained housing through the help of a case manager.This vehicle will give them independence and the freedom to continue making a better life for themselves here in our community.

Thanks to the family that donated their grandfather's vehicle with very low mileage with the hopes that it would be given to a family in need. They also left a personal card to be given to the recipient of this vehicle.

Also, thanks to the team of volunteers that completed the minimal repairs to ready this nice vehicle.
