Car donation #311.

This lady has been working with RACC of Fargo-Moorhead, seeking assistance in fleeing a violent relationship. Her partner recently took her only vehicle and destroyed a wire harnesses and the ignition system rendering the vehicle undriveable. The costs associated with labor and parts to repair was way more than the vehicle was worth. She ended up scrapping the vehicle to help pay for rides with Uber and the bus system. She is a mother mother of three and is currently pregnant. Independent transportation is critical is her situation.

Big thanks to the lady that moved here from Michigan, heard about our Ministry and knew she wanted to donate this van once she found a newer vehicle. Also, many thanks to our amazing shop day volunteers who continuously show up to give their time to support our important mission.

As you probably have noticed, we have ramped up our throughput lately, increasing our resources to enable us to meet the increasing demand. We are actively looking to connect with people/groups that want to become part of our mission as a volunteer.
