Car donation #378.

Car #378 has been donated! This nice, very well maintained low milage vehicle went to a grandmother working with Freedom Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. 

This vehicle was donated to us by a local lady after her husband passed away.This grandmother came to Freedom Resource Center looking for assistance with transportation. Her 11-year-old grandson lives with her and she is living on a limited income from working at a hotel as a housekeeper. 

Not having enough funds to purchase a vehicle and struggling to get to and from work adds to her anxiety. She is working on self-sufficiency and trying to get set up to be independent and successful so she can “worry” less about things like transportation and spend more quality time with her grandson.

We pray that this vehicle donation provides the stability and reliability needed to help her focus on raising her grandson.God bless this woman and God bless our volunteers, donors and supporters as we continue to help individuals by solving their transportation issues.
