Car donation #394.

Car #394 has been donated! This nice SUV went to a family working with SENDCAA.

The family has been working hard to achieve self-sufficiency. The daughter that is in their Head Start program with learning delays and receives therapy. Mom and Dad are consistent and receptive to all efforts with the family and child. 

They do have two other children that attend school and both parents work so a car is essential to this family continuing to become self-sufficient and receiving the needed services to thrive. They are always responsible in dropping off and picking up the child every day and getting us any needed required documents in a timely manner.

The mother was very thankful for this vehicle and asked to give a big hug to our Program Coordinator Tommy! Her little daughter gave big thanks and called her new car the "red bus." 

Big thank you to the students at the Moorhead High School Career Academy for their hard work in readying this nice vehicle for this deserving family.
