Car donation #336.

This well-kept van went to a family working with CAPLP - Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership.

The family is currently housed in a homeless shelter with their two children and are expecting another soon. A vehicle donation would add a level of independence allowing them to transport their family to appointments, and help them function as a self-sufficient unit.

They recently relocated to the area and are hoping to get on their feet with steady employment and overall stability. The recent severe weather has proved challenging in terms of utilizing public transportation to search for jobs and housing. This reliable van will broaden their options and help them stay on the road to a better life here in our community.

Thank you to the family that donated this van that needed minimal repairs.
