Car donation #388.

Car #388 has been donated! This nice SUV went to a single mother working with RACC of Fargo-Moorhead.

This struggling mother is experiencing a multitude of health issues and needs independent transportation to get back and forth between doctor’s appointments and home.

She is unable to walk long distances, especially in the harsh conditions. She is almost completely home bound because public transportation is not a viable option. Her current struggles are due to health issues and PTSD from violence witnessed and experienced on public transportation in the past.

This single parent is on disability and her daughter needs to go to school and other appointments. She desperately wants a better life and knows that a vehicle gift will lift their spirits and place them on the road to self-sufficiency.

In her words: "Once you lose the ability to get out of the house, you just go downhill. A car would mean a new life for me. It will be a sense of freedom to get me out of the house. Whatever the Lord is going to bless me with, I am so grateful.We hope this vehicle is transformative for this mother and daughter.
